The people I admire the most

I do have some  people in my life who have inspired me to go further, and to go beyond what I thought was not possible.  Those people are motivated, generous, and passionate about what they do.  Furthermore, they love life and make sure not to miss a minute of it.  To name a few:

My brother Marc, without his love, constant determination to pursue his dreams, and strength to overcome his battles, I wouldn`t be where I am today.  He is a constant reminder to me that anyone can achieve personal success despite certain obstacles.

My father, for teaching me not to let people get in the way and to trust what I believe in, and for showing me that when you use your ears instead of your hand to open a jar it wont open.  In other words, use your strength in the right areas of your life. Thank you Dad,  for your wisdom, for your love,  your admiration for your baby girl, and for giving me the genetics of good writing.

To my mother, for showing me that being a mom is the most wonderful job of all!  For encouraging me in my decision to raise my children at home, despite certain obstacles,  for teaching me that 2 wrongs don`t make a right,  and for telling me "things always happen for a reason" when my shoulders were shrugged in dissapointment.

To my stepfather John, who taught me about positive thinking, and for giving me faith in God.  I will always cherish the book, Living, Loving and Learning, by Leo Buscaglia you gave me, and will certainly pass it on to my children.  Its my way of life now.

To my stepmother Sylvie, who taught me the beauty of taking care of myself.  She has cared for me, although I have, in the past, never given he a real chance.  Thank you Sylvie for showing me that I can be feminine, and strong at the same time.

To Caroline H.  my best friend.  Her presence in my life is like a breath of fresh air.  I don`t know where I would be right now, without her constant encouragement and support.  She has taught me that unconditional love really does exist, and that soul mates do exist amongst friends.  We still have a long way to go...and you know what? Success is ours!

To Caroline B. this friend has taught me so much about myself and my spiritual life.  Just when I thought I was alone in my spirituality, she came along like an Angel on a jet plane.  Tu es pour moi, et seras pour toujours, l`image de survie et de vie.  Tu as le don de savoir des choses en dedans de moi, que je n`aurai jamais su, si tu étais pas ŕ l`autre bout du fil.

Mireille. I have lost her to the Torontonians, and feel I have missed a big part of her life.  However, she will and always will be one of my best friends in this world.  Our relationship has flourished to so many levels and her input in my life has been amazing.  I wouldn`t be where I am today if it weren`t for her love and encouragement.

Charles O`Leary, Strategic Coach. Charles is one of the most intelligent, wise,  compassionate men I have ever met in my life.  His coaching has enabled me to attain goals I thought I could never achieve.  With him I have had passed through Vision Gates, and made amazing breakthroughs.  I must say, that without his coaching, this Web Site would not exist.  He gave me the tools, and the  courage to face my fear of Success.

Last, but not least, to my children.  I admire both of them for their your innocence,  love, and for putting up with me when times were tough.  They both have a way to make me smile every single day, and remind me of how simple life should be.  The importance of the little things, is what they both bring to me every waking moment.  I love you with all my heart.

The people I listed above, are the ones who have impacted my life directly, in the past few years.  I know there are many more, too many to be listed here.  I have admired many people, as they were examples of who I could become.

Now  its your turn, ask yourself this question:  Who in your life is encouraging you in your journey?  Who is trying to slow you down?  Are the ones slowing you down worth keeping?  Write down your answers and e-mail them to me or post them on the message board.   I would love to hear from you. Kim
